Special attention is given to packaging, which will be chosen and selected according to the nature of the product. The customer must verify the integrity of the packaging at the time of delivery and sign the receipt form, if this is not possible, he must note the fact in the form and communicate any damage found by citing the "Order Code". This procedure must be followed also in case of defects or damage of the goods.

SALE TERMS
Orders are accepted only in written form, via internet (on line), or by fax. The customer will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication of confirmation by e-mail with the relative number of "Order Code" (which must always be quoted in all communications). However, the order will be considered valid and accepted only after the "Confirmation of payment" sent by the Bank, depending on the mode chosen. Prices and payments are expressed in Euro.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to D.Lgs. n.185/99 the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any explanation for a period of ten working days from the day in which he receives the products. There is no right of withdrawal from the contract when it comes to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized (for color, size, fabric ...) or which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. The communication may also be sent, within the same period, by e-mail to [email protected]. If the delivery of the good has taken place, you are required to return it within the same period of ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The returned products must be intact and in their original packaging. The direct costs of returning the goods to the sender are borne by the consumer and the shipment is under his responsibility. If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions set out above, our company is required to refund the sums paid by the customer. The refund will take place free of charge, in the shortest time possible and in any case after the date on which the goods are received.
RESPONSIBILITY
FLAT di Carloni Leonardo is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the website www. flatshop.it, even for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to FLAT di Carloni Leonardo. The Supplier will not be liable for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of failure to execute the contract for any reason, having the Purchaser is only entitled to a full refund of the price paid. The Supplier does not assume any responsibility for any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made by third parties, credit cards, checks and other means of payment, upon payment of the products purchased.
COMPETENT FORUM
All contracts concluded with FLAT di Carloni Leonardo are understood to be concluded in Italy. The customers accept, being the company Italian, the laws, the regulations and the possible arbitration of the Italian competent Court of Ancona.
