Automatic Return Process:

• Find the Return Link: Within your order page, you will find a dedicated link to start the return process. Follow the provided instructions to complete your return request. In the notes, you can specify any details or reasons for the return.
• Wait for Return Acceptance: After submitting your request, wait for our confirmation of return acceptance. Only after receiving our confirmation, proceed with preparing your return package.
Preparing Your Return Package:
• Include the Paper Order Confirmation: Make sure to include the paper order confirmation in your return package.
• Use a Trackable Shipping Service: Ship your package using a trackable shipping service. This is crucial to ensure that the package reaches us without any issues. The shipping will be at your expense.
• Attention to Packaging: Please do not use clear tape to package the box. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and shoes in their original box.
Conditions for Return Acceptance:
• Quality Control: Our quality control team checks each item before it leaves to ensure it is in "new" and "unused" condition. Similarly, we examine each return to verify that the item is in the same condition as it was shipped. Returned items that do not meet these conditions or that show signs of wear, stains, or damage will not be accepted.
• Unauthorized Returns: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund:
• Once we receive your package and verify its integrity, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. We are committed to completing the refund within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return, including the initial shipping costs, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal:
• In accordance with Article 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods without the need to provide any reason, provided that the item is returned intact.
FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE E.U.:
• Please note that all inward import taxes and fees will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund.
